Impossible pie

Tertarik dengan resepi dan nama pie ni.. namanya impossible pie sebab bila dah masak, pie ni terbahagi kepada 3 layer..
 bahan2 pun mudah aje.. antaranya telur, kelapa parut dan almond. rasanya macam custard lah

 sedap untuk minum petang dengan teh panas2.. org klate pun suka ni.. kata suami sy, rasa mcm kuih tahi itik.. hehehe... tu pun rasanya dah kurangkan sukatan gula dalam resepi ni.. maniss
mudah disediakan.. cuma campur bahan2 dan tak perlu mixer pun

Resepi :
prep + cook time 55 minutes. serves 8

1/2 cup (75g) plain (all-purpose) flour
1 cup (220g) caster (superfine) sugar
3/4 cup (60g) dessicated coconut
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
125g butter, melted
1/2 cup (40g) flaked almonds
2 cups (500ml) milk

Preheat oven to 180C. Grease deep 24cm (9 1/2 inch) pie dish.
Combine sifted flour, sugar, coconut, eggs, vanilla extract, butter and half the nuts in large bowl.
gradually add milk, stirring, until combined. Pour mixture into dish.
Bake pie 35 minutes. Remove pie from oven, sprinkle top with remaining nuts; bake further 10 minutes.
Serve with cream if you like.

tip : When you make this pie you will discover how it got its name. 
when cooked, the pie magically separates into 3 perfect layers. Impossible!
