Ingredients
150g butter (sy letak hampir 300g)
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed (sy guna 1 1/2 cawan)
2 eggs (4 eggs)
1/2 cup plain flour (1 cup plain flour)
1/2 cup cocoa (1 cup cocoa)
(sy tambah 1 sudu teh esen vanilla)
(sy tambah 1/2 cup crushed walnut)
Method
1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time on low speed. (Add vanilla essence)
3. Mix through flour and cocoa. (Add walnuts)
4. Bake at 160C for 25-35 minutes.
5. Serve warm with cream and/or ice cream, or ice with with chocolate icing.

Trylah, mmg berbaloi. Umi buat 2x ganda dari adunan asal. Kalau ikut adunan asal sikit sangat tak cukup.
